This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) describes how and when Corso, LLC (“Corso” “us” “we” “our”) collects, uses, and shares your information when you use the Corso website located at www.4xfar.com  (the “Site”), our mobile application(s), our related website(s), our social media account(s), service(s) and software (collectively, with the Site the “Services“). This Privacy Policy explains the information gathering, use and sharing practices for the Services, including what information is collected, how that information is acquired, maintained, stored, shared and/or used, and your privacy choices. This Privacy Policy is independent from our offline personal data collection practices. When using any of our Services you consent to the collection, transfer, manipulation, storage, disclosure and other uses of your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Please note: This Privacy Policy does not apply to information collected by third parties, for example, when you purchase a ticket from a third party ticketing provider through links on our Services, visit a third party website, or interact with online advertisements. When We Collect Personal Information and What Types of Personal Information We Collect

When you Sign Up for Newsletters and/or Create an Account: 

To use and/or access certain features of the Services, you may be required to provide information such as your name, username, password, email address, mailing address, zip code, telephone number, date of birth, gender, age verification, and/or other identifying information (collectively “Personal Information”). You may access the Services without submitting any Personal Information, in which case we will be only collecting non-personal information (discussed below).

When You Make A Purchase:

When you send payment through our Services, Corso or a third party service provider (such as Stripe or Elevate) collects payment information which may including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, shipping address and billing address (“Payment Information”). Any time Payment Information is collected, it will be used only to process the payment transaction, and will be handled securely using commercial encryption practices. We do not store or have access to your Payment Information collected in connection with purchases made through the Services. However, if we collect any Payment Information in connection with a transaction in which we will be paying you, in order to facilitate future payment transactions on our Services, we (or a third party service provider) may store such Payment Information, which you can remove from your account at any time. We consider your Payment Information private and do not make such information public. We also collect and store transaction history information created by payment transactions made on our Services. In most cases, these third party service providers also collect Personal Information from you in connection with your purchase. We offer some of our Services in connection with other third parties (such as Elevate or Facebook), and Personal Information that your provide to those third parties may be sent to Corso. When you engage with our Services on or through third-party social networking websites, plug-ins and applications, you allow us to have access to certain information associated with your social media account (e.g., name, username, email address, profile picture, gender), and such information will be subject to this Privacy Policy, as well as the privacy policy of the third party website, plug-in or application. If you want to connect with us through a third-party service, please make sure you are familiar with and in agreement with the ways in which that third party service will share your personal information. We process your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy, however, such third parties may have different privacy practices. Therefore, we encourage you to read their privacy polices prior to disclosing any Personal Information. We may also receive Personal Information collected by from our other third party partners, service providers and affiliates in order to facilitate transactions in connection with the your use of the Services and/or who we engage to provide services to facilitate the operation of the Services, including without limitation Elevate. whose privacy policy may be found here.  All Personal Information collected by such third parties will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise stated herein.

Please note, any information collected under this Privacy Policy may be associated with other information about you, whether by us or a third party service provider. For example, we may from time to time obtain data from third parties such as business partners or other companies and append it to existing user data to add more detail to the information we have about you. Please note, if you use any social media plugin, API, or other similar feature, use an event hashtag or similar link, or otherwise interact with us or our Services via social media, anything you post may be made available on our Services or to the general public. If you post a comment or content to social media that references our official accounts, your comment or content will not be subject to this Privacy Policy, and we may share, rebroadcast, or redisplay that information or other information derived from your social media interactions to the extent permitted by the terms of use governing the relevant social media service.

RFID bracelets (such as those worn by attendees at our festival and events) each have a unique electromagnetic tag that can be read by a scanner. Through our use of RFID or beacon technologies, we may collect data about your location and other contextual data when you are near a beacon or when your RFID bracelet is scanned. Further, if your device preferences allow us or our Services access to location services, we may collect information about the precise location of your device in or near our festival, programs, and/or other events, including data from each of our or our partners’ beacons, wifi access points, or other location services with which you interact.

We typically use this information to send you relevant, targeted advertisements or offers (for example, a discount on food purchases near our event;) to analyze and improve our guests’ experience at our events; and to determine which events and services guests visit. Our Policy Towards Children

Our Services are not directed to persons under 13. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, please contact us at info@4xfar.com. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take steps to remove such information and terminate the child’s account unless we receive verifiable parental consent.
