I placed an order but did not receive my tickets?

E-tickets will be sent out on or around January 3, 2020. If you have purchased tickets and received an order confirmation, but have not received a second email with your tickets, please try the following: 1. First, please wait until after January 3, 2020. 2. Check the “SPAM” or “JUNK” folder in your email application. Many times your SPAM rules are set to forward emails with attachments to these folders. 2. If you cannot locate the ticket(s) there, click the “My Account” link. Enter your username and password, then click the “My Orders” tab and download your tickets directly to your desktop where you can print them out. 3. If you cannot view your tickets, please download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat reader at: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html 

What happens if my ticket is duplicated? Can i print my ticket more than once?

First, please treat your Print-at-Home ticket as any other valuable (even cash)! The ticket can be printed numerous times, but only the FIRST ticket that gets scanned will be allowed admission. So, we recommend only printing one version of your ticket and then putting the PDF in a secure location.

What happens if i lose my ticket?

If you lose your ticket, please call Elevate Ticket Purchase Support to have the ticket re-issued. If you have deleted your PDF, simply login to your account and download the ticket PDF to your computer and print again.

When will i receive my tickets?

The Print-at-Home tickets will be sent via email on or around January 3, 2020 and will contain links to download a “read me” file and a PDF file attachment containing your tickets. 

Are there camping options for the event? What are the hotel options?

If you are looking to stay locally, please check travel sites for hotel room availability and check local camping and BLM sites for camping options.

What types of payments are accepted?

Cash and credit cards. We do not currently accept mobile payments.

What time does the event start/end?

The venue will open at 8:30am. Guests can begin lining up at 8:00am. The show should be over around 10pm-ish.

Will set times be posted?

Exact set times will be posted at a later date prior to the show. 

Can I pass out flyers or promote at the event inside the venue? Outside?

 No. Any sort of unapproved promotion is not allowed.

Can I use passes, wristbands, or 4xFar name to promote my website/product/event?

No. The 4XFAR trademark, intellectual property, passes and tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions, contests, sweepstakes or any commercial purpose without written authorization from the show’s producers. 

Will there be lockers?

Sorry, no lockers will be provided onsite.

THE BASICS

No weapons of any kind will be allowed inside the venue. No outside beverages or food. No illegal drugs. No bags or luggage larger than a medium backpack. No professional cameras or recording equipment.

 

HOW DO I BRING IN MY MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION (I.E. INSULIN)?

To bring in a medical prescription, please identify yourself to security while waiting to enter the venue. Security will show you to the medical team and will assist you in storing and providing a secure area for your medication. All medical prescriptions should be in separate, properly-named containers and accompanying names on those containers will need to match the attendees proper ID. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact our ADA team.

 

I HAVE HEALTH PROBLEMS AND/OR SPECIAL DIETARY NEEDS. WILL I BE ABLE TO BRING IN MY SPECIALTY FOODS, SNACKS OR SUPPLEMENTS?

CAN I BRING IN EYE DROPS OR SALINE FOR MY CONTACT LENSES?

Yes. But, it needs to be in a small marked container.

 

CAN I BRING IN A WATER MISTER OR SQUIRT GUN?

No squirt guns will be allowed in the venue. You may bring in a small, empty plastic personal-sized fan mister. No large pump-style misters will be allowed.

 

ARE STROLLERS ALLOWED IN THE VENUE?

Strollers for infants/toddlers will be allowed however, please note that all possessions are subject to search by security teams prior to entering the venue. Furthermore, the venue is a mix of grassy areas, asphalt, sand and mixed media.. Not all areas will be accessible for strollers. Wagons or wheeled carts will not be allowed in the venue.

 

HOW BIG IS A MEDIUM BACKPACK?

A medium backpack should be no bigger than 20″ tall, 15″ wide and 9″ thick packed. Bags will have to fit into a box of that size similar to the system used at airports. If your bag doesn’t fit in the box it won’t be able to go inside the venue. No metal framed backpacks will be allowed in the venue.

 

WHAT ARE CONSIDERED PROFESSIONAL CAMERAS?

Any camera with a removable/detachable lens will be considered a professional camera.

 

CAN I BRING MY VAPE OR E-CIG?

Single use minis (a.k.a. cig-a-likes) are okay. Mid-sized e-cigs and vape pens are okay. However, no liquid refills will be allowed into the venue. APVs or mods are not allowed in the venue. If you are not sure what kind you have, assume it’s not allowed.
