- Barebones wants to alleviate the intimidation of cooking over the fire with cast iron. Their in-house chef Missy Workman, an expert in open-fire cooking, will host three 30-minute cooking demonstrations per day and provide samples of her creations. Missy has hosted events for clients such as REI and other predominant people in the outdoor industry. Barebones will debut their new Cowboy Firepit & Grill System at this demonstration.
- Patagonia will host three 20-minute demos per day (one for breakfast, lunch and dinner). Brittany Griffith will show you the ropes. She’s a rock climber, Patagonia ambassador, and most impressively, a gardener who cooked her first Thanksgiving dinner by herself at age 12. Find on her Instagram here!
- MONTyBOCA will host six 30-minute, hands-on workshops per day. Tired of freeze-dried food and granola bars? So was Chef Corso. In these workshops, he’ll teach you how to elevate your meals with fast, fresh recipes that can be done in less than thirty minutes.
